My friend Lori is a workout superstar! She knows I was down about this whole boot on my foot and not able to do any cardio and earlier this week she said through Facebook Chat, ” Oh nelly girlfriend, you GOTTA try this arm workout. It will blow your mind.” Well I don’t think she really said that but that is how I translated it :). So I pull up the YouTube and I think to myself, “Surely this tiny little thing waving her arms around cannot give me a truly effective workout.”
So I started on my journey of standing and waving my arms around like I am the next arm workout queen. I hit 3 minutes in to it and I’m thinking how tired my arms are. I hit 5 minutes and I’m wondering what kind of thing this woman is teaching that my arms are ready to fall over. And I couldn’t even finish this 8 minute workout on my first day. So I went back to Lori and her and I decided that we are going to do this workout for 30 days straight. I’ve already done this 2 days in a row and I’m ready to rock the rest of my arm workout days.
