So Chad and I have been discussing our challenge and I am excited to get started. We are going to be staring it November 1st and we are both giving it 100%. Both of our goals is to lose body fat, tone and just be healthier people.
I want to make sure that I am taking care of myself so I can teach my kids how to take care of themselves and not just be that mama who does everything for everyone else. Basically, I’m sick of just letting myself go while everyone else flourishes you know?

I’m not sure if I’m going to set up a weekly workout, I’ll try to add some here for you to do, but I’ll think about it more tomorrow once we clean out our old place since we moved this past weekend.
This is definitely going to be hard as we have Thanksgiving and Christmas but I figure if I am pretty good and teaching myself better control with my food and chocolate intake that everything will fall in to place.
I am excited that I will be whipping Chad’s butt in this challenge. It will be nice to have a buddy to work out with and to kick their butt at the same time
. I already taste the winning coming through… and it tastes delicious!
