I love that I have been able to start researching and really diving in to finding what some great workouts are so as I find them, I will be adding them here for you to use and if you find any please feel free to share in comments.
So checkout the core ab challenge… it looks to be a great workout!
This challenge that Chad and I are doing, we will be focusing on our core and I want to really hit that. I want to lose the last of my belly fat and I want to be that sexy mom that most moms want to be. So I’ll be trying new ab routines throughout the challenge to really move forward.
I think that really taking this challenge and pushing ourselves forward with ViSalus and with taking our health back, its really going to help me be a better person, a better leader and that is what I want to be.
